Meet the owner Jeff Zeiders
Bevvy was launched by Jeff Zeiders, a SpringHill-based businessman. “I had my first dirty soda while traveling, in Salt Lake City, about two years ago,” he said. “I came home and looked up where I could get one here, and the closest dirty soda shop was 1,000 miles away.”He saw opportunity.“It was a need that people didn’t know that they needed yet, and there was a gap in this space, he said.He launched Bevvy as a food truck in August2025. The truck gave him a chance to test the market, test recipes and educate their customer base about what dirty sodas even are before committing to a brick and mortar. Within a few months, he felt confident enough with the business to open a less-mobile location, which he did at the Insider in early 2026.“
